Design

Depending on the request and the need of the customer we perform: the analysis of the properties of the object to be made recommending the right solutions based on the mechanical, aesthetic and functional characteristics specific to the use of the product.

Tooling Department

The production of the moulds is entirely entrusted to our internal tooling department, which is made up of experienced personnel and equipped with modern machine tools to guarantee high precision machining.

Moulding

The moulding department consists of 22 injection moulding machines, with thrust between 70 and 1200 tons. These are the latest generation presses, capable of producing items weighing between 1 and 12.000 g.

Quality

In 2016, the Company Quality System Certification was achieved in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 for the injection molding of thermoplastic materials
